Day 1 summer vacation

I am going to try to post every day. We will see if that happens ;-)

We were up at 5:00 AM this morning. On the road by 6:30. We will be in Downey CA tonight visiting Dora's sister and Brother in law, Doris and Paul.

I-5 looked the same as usual, fast going in the valley. And pretty backed up once we got close to LA. 

Made to Downey around around 3:30

We are now relaxing before going out for dinner. 

Tomorrow we are off to Oceanside, then Del Mar to the hotel.
