Day 43(Day5) bathroom remodel.

The underlayment is down. 

The Marmoleum is going in next.

Shower fixtures in. 

That it in for the week. It's Friday. I am heading to Vegas on Sunday for my union's annual conference. On Monday the bathroom remodel will continue. With Dora in charge. 

I should have more pictures on Sunday. 

Day 42 (Day 4) bathroom remodel

And the shower goes in. 

First the Pan goes down. 

Then the bottom of the blue board is reattached. 

The back piece is glued on 

Pretty slick system. They make a pattern by hot gluing small pieces of wood together. Then they cut the material to size. 

And glue it in with silicon glue. 

 And the showers is in. 

Floor goes in tomorrow. 

Day 41 (day 3) bathroom remodel

Drain goes in. 

Blue board goes up.

Ready for the shower to go in tomorrow. 

Day 40 (Day 2) bathroom remodel

Well, it looks the same this morning as it did last night. 

Okay. We now have a new window and the plumbing is almost done. 

Tomorrow is sheet rock day. 

Day 39 (Day 1)of the bathroom remodel

Today is the start of the Bathroom remodel.

I'm combining some days since I may not have pictures for every day. 

I did walk in the beach again this morning. 

There were hundreds of teenagers participating in the Orange County Junior Guard program which teaches teens about the ocean and life guarding skills.

Dora stayed in Downey and will fly home on Monday.
